You cannot change the subscription ticket for the N-person that you have subscribed to, and you should cancel your currently subscribed ticket and make a new payment for the desired subscription ticket.
When selecting artists for the first time after paying for the changed subscription ticket, you can use it only after selecting all N artists based on the N-person ticket.
(Example: If you select artists for the first time after purchasing a 6-person ticket, you can select 6 artists and save.)
If you cannot select artists for a new subscription ticket, please deselect all the artists from the existing ticket and then select and save them in a new subscription ticket.
You may cancel the regular payment of an existing subscription ticket through the app store (Google Play Store or iOS App Store) that you paid for.
1. Android: Google Play Store > Tap "Subscriptions" > Select the subscription you want to cancel > "Cancel Subscription"
2. iOS: Open the "Settings" app > Tap your name > Tap "Subscriptions" > "Cancel Subscription"
