I didn't get a message.

You may not receive a message for the following reasons:

1) If your subscription is valid, make sure that you have selected an artist. You will not receive a message until you have selected your artist.
2) Check if the subscription period is valid.
3) Check if the payment for the subscription has been completed. The subscription may have been expired due to credit card payment failure, etc.
4) Please re-load the previous bubble conversation from the settings in the chat room.
※ To restore previous messages: bubble chat room with your artist > Chat Room Settings > Load previous messages
