If you want to cancel regular payments for an existing subscription ticket, you may do so through the app store (Google Play Store or iOS App Store) where you made the payments.
1. Android: Google Play Store > Tap "Subscriptions" > Select the subscription you want to cancel > "Cancel Subscription"
2. iOS: Open the "Settings" app > Tap your name > Tap "Subscriptions" > "Cancel Subscription"
However, please note that cancelation of a subscription is not a refund. In principle, refunds cannot be made because a subscription is a product that "becomes effective" immediately after purchase.
Please note that if you cancel your subscription, additional payments and renewals will not be made after the subscription is used normally for the remaining days.
