Refunds may be granted under the following circumstances:
1. Cancellation and Refund
You may withdraw your purchase within seven (7) days of the subscription purchase date (or automatic renewal date). Refunds processed through app marketplaces are subject to the terms and conditions of the respective marketplace. The procedure for submitting a withdrawal request varies depending on the app marketplace where the subscription was purchased. Refer to the details below for specific instructions.
[Android]
- Withdrawal requests can be submitted directly through Lysn.
- Refund requests for purchases made via Google Play must be submitted directly through the Google Play platform and are subject to Google’s terms and policies.
[iOS]
You may request a refund through the Apple App Store, subject to Apple's policies. Please note that for subscriptions purchased through in-app payments on iOS devices, the approval and processing of refund requests are exclusively handled by the Apple App Store. Accordingly, Lysn is not authorized to process or manage refund requests for transactions conducted via the Apple App Store.
[KakaoTalk Gift]
If the subscription has not yet been registered to a bubble account, refund requests may be submitted to KakaoTalk Gift Customer Service. If the subscription has already been registered to a bubble account, withdrawal requests must be submitted through Lysn.
2. Additional Refund Cases (refund request is required)
- If you receive no message from the artist for 30 days after purchasing the subscription, other than the welcome message, you may request a refund within seven (7) days from the expiration date of the subscription. (In such cases, the subscription start date will be reset.)
- Refunds may also be requested if a subscription is terminated due to the artist’s military enlistment or the termination of their contract with their agency, and no other artists are available for subscription under the same plan. (This applies only if the subscription was purchased within two (2) weeks of the start of use.)
※ Notes
1. In the case of app market purchases, payment-related matters are based on the receipts issued by the app market. (Order date, subscription renewal date, etc.)
2. Free additional usage periods (bonus periods) provided as marketing or events have no effect on refunds.
3. For tickets purchased at a discount, the amount with the discount is refunded.
4. Refunds processed through app marketplaces are governed by the terms and policies of the respective app marketplace.
5. If a user engages in improper use of the service, such as abusing the withdrawal of purchase (refund) policy, submitting withdrawal requests through unconventional or unauthorized methods, or repeatedly requesting withdrawals without legitimate reasons, the “Company” reserves the right to restrict the user’s ability to withdraw purchases, obtain refunds, or access the service.
