I can't see the the ticket purchased.

If the purchase history in My bubble does not appear and an error occurs when you click "Restore Purchase History" at the bottom after you have purchased a bubble subscription ticket through the app store (iOS App Store or Google Play Store), we recommend that you try the following four methods:

1. Please check if the account of the app store (iOS App Store or Google Play Store) where you paid for the subscription ticket and the account you have currently logged into are the same.

2. After clicking Restore Purchase History in the STORE within the Lysn app, please check once again to see if the purchase history has been restored.
※ Steps to restore: Tap Store > MY Menu > MY Purchase History > bubble - Select "Restore Purchase History" at the bottom of the screen 

3. If the purchase history is not restored, please check if the actual payment has been completed in the device's iOS App Store or Google Play Store and the receipt has been issued.
(Please check if the receipt has been issued correctly to the email account connected to the app store.)

4. If the subscription ticket is not displayed in your My bubble even though the payment has been completed and the receipt has been issued normally, please send a screenshot or an unedited video of the error screen to help@lysn.com.
