I can't hear the voice message from the ARTIST.

If you are using an iOS device, you may not be able to hear a voice message if it is set to silent mode. Please turn it on and play it again.


(Android only)

If a sent voice message error occurs, please delete the in-device setup > application information > Lysn app > storage space/delete cache.
- Recall Previous Chat Path: Receipt Selected ARTIST Bubble Chat Room > Set Chat Room > Call up Previous Chat

※ How to load previous messages : bubble chat room with your artist > Settings > Load Previous Messages

However, please understand that you may need to re-download what you have downloaded so far.
