I change the mobile device OS! How can I change the subscription? (iOS ↔ Android)

Even if the OS of the mobile phone is changed, the existing subscription ticket may be used until the expiration date.
First of all, please cancel your regular subscription in the app store because it will not be automatically canceled. 
Please be careful not to make double payment.

1. Android: Google Play Store > Tap "Subscriptions" > Select the subscription you want to cancel > "Cancel Subscription" 
2. iOS: Open the "Settings" app > Tap your name > Tap "Subscriptions" > "Cancel Subscription" 

You can use the same service as before by subscribing to the desired subscription ticket and selecting artists in the new app store by the time the existing subscription ticket expires.
In addition, the subscription date will not be reset and remain the same only after you re-select artists that you are already subscribed to within 24 hours with a new subscription ticket.

However, if the subscription ticket does not disappear after the expiration date and you cannot purchase a new subscription ticket from the new OS, please restoring your purchase first.

* Payment-related matters (Order date, subscription renewal date, etc.) are based on the receipts issued by the app store (Google Play Store or iOS App Store).
