I cannot reply to an artist's message.

Your device's network connectivity may prevent the reply from being sent to the artist.
If an error occurs while replying to an artist, please check your device's network connectivity, and try completely deleting and resending the message.
Also, please check that you have the latest version of the "Lysn" app installed. If not, please update it to the latest version.

However, if the same problem persists even after deleting and resending the reply to the artist, please check the details below:

1. Settings in your device > Apps & notifications > "Lysn" > Storage/Clear cache *Android only
(Please note that you may need to re-download what you have previously downloaded.)

2. Completely delete and re-install the app.
If you are still using the same "Lysn" account as before, you can restore the bubble messages you have received.
(※ To restore previous messages: bubble chat room with your artist > Chat Room Settings > Load previous messages)

 

However, please note that regular, non-bubble chats whose logs have disappeared due to deleting and re-installing the app may not be restorable. 
To back up the regular chat logs, go to Chat Room Settings and press Export Chat Conversation.
(However, chats can be backed up only as TXT files.)
