The subscription date on top of the chat room is corrupted.

If the subscription date with the artist is broken even though the ticket is normally in use, please check the following.

1) Please check if the ticket you are subscribed to is valid.
If payment has been completed but the ticket is not being properly shown or identified, you can check by restoring your purchase history in the app.
※ To restore the purchase history: STORE > My Menu > My Purchases > bubble tab > Select "Purchase History Restore" at the bottom of the screen.
2) Please check that you have the latest version of the Lysn app installed. If not, please update it to the latest version.
3) Please check if the Lysn app is the latest version and if not, please proceed with the update.
