No purchase can be canceled and no refund can be processed for payments by a third party on the user’s account due to the user not setting a password on their device or Google Play Store/iOS App Store, or carelessly exposing their password to others.
In addition, as previously notified in the payment notices when purchasing bubble products, confirmation and refund of the payment amounts for subscription tickets can be made through the app store where the payment was made, and Lysn cannot check the paid amount nor give a refund.
