[About Refunds]
1) Payment-related matters are based on the receipts issued by the app stores. (Order date, subscription renewal date, etc.)
2) All bubble-related tickets are refundable only if there is no usage history within seven (7) days of purchase (after renewal), or if artists' messages are not received or replies are not sent.
3) If artists' messages are not received or replies are not sent within 30 days of purchasing the ticket, you may request a refund within seven (7) days from the expiration date of the ticket. (However, in this case, your subscription date will be initialized.)
4) The service period starts from the date the payment is made, and the activity history begins when an artist's message is received and a reply is sent, not when the welcome message is received.
5) Partial refunds are not available.
6) Subscription tickets are deemed as products regardless of the number of artists it supports. Tickets cannot be refunded if you have received one or more messages from the artist you selected within the ticket or have sent a reply.

[Other Matters]
1) Free additional usage periods (bonus periods) provided as marketing or events have no effect on refunds.
2) For tickets purchased at a discount, the amount with the discount is refunded.
3) When refunding, financial transaction fees, taxes, or public charges may be deducted.
4) If a member violates applicable laws or regulations, the Terms of Service, or the Operation Policy, the refund may be not be given pursuant to the Terms of Service or the Policy.
5) Refunds are refused if requested by abusing the refund policy, in a method that is not usual, or repeatedly without a just reason.
