If you left the chat room of a paused artist and the chat room disappeared, your chat history can be restored if you resubscribe when the service reopens, regardless of the time of resubscription.

However, for once only, your subscription date will be maintained if you resubscribe within the resubscription grace period. If you resubscribe after the grace period, your subscription date will be reset.

However, if the artist’s bubble service has been discontinued or if you canceled your subscription and left the chat room by clicking “Leave the chat room” your subscription date and chat history cannot be restored.
