I want to leave the service.

If you want to leave the service, you can do so by going to the bottom right of the Lysn app under More menu > Settings menu at the top right and clicking ''Delete account'' at the bottom.

When you leave the service, the personal information collected at the time of subscription, including the chat history and subscription date as well as the bubble account, will be deleted and the information will not be restored. 
However, some information can be legally stored separately according to the Privacy Policy announced in the app, so please check the Privacy Policy for more information.

※ If the Lysn app is not installed or cannot be logged in to, please contact the help@lysn.com by specifying your Lysn account and we will be happy to support you after checking some information.

In addition, even if you leave the app, regular payments for existing vouchers that you're subscribing will not be automatically canceled.
