I want to leave the service.

If you want to leave the service, you can click 'Delete account' at the bottom right of the Lysn app. More menu > Top right setting menu > Bottom left.

When you leave the service, the personal information collected at the time of subscription, including the chat history and subscription date, including the bubble account, will be deleted and the information will not be recovered. 
However, some information can be legally stored separately according to the Privacy Policy announced in the app, so please check the Privacy Policy for more information.

※ If the Lysn app is not installed or cannot be logged in, please contact the Lysn account at help@lysn.com and we will help you after checking some information.

In addition, even if you leave the app, regular payments for existing subscribed passes will not be automatically canceled.
