The subscription period for the purchased ticket starts from the date of payment completion and lasts for one month. After this period, the subscription will not automatically renew (no automatic payment), and the access to the service will be ended.
If you wish to continue your subscription after one month, you must purchase a new GIFT ticket or a regular subscription on the expiration date of your current ticket and reselect your ARTIST.
If you reselect an ARTIST within 24 hours of your previous GIFT ticket ending, your subscription date will not be reset when purchasing a new subscription.
However, if you cannot select an ARTIST in the new subscription, please deselect an ARTIST from the existing subscription and then reselect your ARTIST in the new subscription.
