⑤ Refund reasons: Subscription cancellation, artist service discontinuation or suspension (e.g., military enlistment), no messages for 30 consecutive days, etc.
※ Your subscription will be canceled along with the refund.
※ However, to verify your identity, the ID (email account) you used to sign up for Lysn must match the email address you used to request the refund through the customer center.
