You can cancel your emoticon purchase within 7 days if you contact help@lysn.
However, please note that you will not be able to cancel your purchase if you have used your emoticon or if more than 7 days have passed since the day of the purchase.
Furthermore, you will not be able to cancel the purchase of free emoticons given by Lysn or gifted by a third party. If you wish to cancel emoticons gifted by a third party, the third party will have to cancel the purchase.
