The purchased N-person ticket is a monthly subscription ticket, and cannot be canceled or changed within the subscription period.
If you want to cancel the regular payments for an existing subscription ticket, you may do so through the app store (Google Play Store or iOS App Store) where you made the payments.
1. Android: Google Play Store > Tap "Subscriptions" > Select the subscription you want to cancel > "Cancel Subscription"
2. iOS: Open the "Settings" app > Tap your name > Tap "Subscriptions" > "Cancel Subscription"
