If you have purchased bubble FONT but if it does not appear, please check below:
1. Check if payment for the bubble FONT subscription has been made properly on the app market. Payment may not have been completed due to problems in the payment method or others.
2. Check if you have purchased the bubble FONT of the ARTIST you are subscribing to on bubble. You can only use bubble FONT of the ARTIST you are subscribing to on bubble.
3. Check if bubble FONT effect is turned ON.
※ Chat with ARTIST > Settings > Turn ON bubble FONT effect
4. Check if the message was received during the bubble FONT subscription period. bubble FONT is not applied to messages received before you purchased the bubble FONT subscription.
5. Check if you are using the latest version of the Lysn app, and if not, update the app. You may also try restarting the app.
6. If your device and OS do not support the emoji used by the artist on bubbleFONT, the handwriting emoji may not be displayed normally even if you subscribe to bubbleFONT.
