Your refund request was declined by the store. (Android)

Please fill out the form below and email it to help@lysn.com.
However, please note that refunds may be difficult if the internal refund policy is not met.

① Attach a screenshot of the rejected Google Store refund request with the order number 
② Attach a receipt with the order date and order number (Sample Order Number: GPA.****-****-****-****)
③ Your Lysn sign-in ID (email account):
④ Name of paid subscription:
⑤ Deselect/save the artist from the subscribed service for which you want the refund, then attach a screenshot of your My bubble with no artist selected 
⑥ Reason for refund request: Please give a specific reason, such as the artist’s termination of service, temporary discontinuation (military service, etc.), or 30 days of no messages.

*Your subscription will be canceled along with the refund.
To maintain your subscription date, please purchase a new ticket before selecting and changing artists. 
The subscription days have been reset/deleted.

* If requesting a refund of a subscription, it is not possible in principle because a subscription is a product that "becomes effective" immediately after purchase. If more than 7 days have passed from the initial payment date of the subscription ticket, no refund will be made according to internal policy.
*However, to verify your identity, the ID (email account) you used to sign up for Lysn must match the email address you used to request the refund through the customer center.
